 "Wanting to be comfortable knowing my documents were correct, I went to an attorney to have my will prepared.  I thought it would be a simple solution.  I was wrong. After discussing the pros and cons of different options, I decided to have a trust prepared instead. He then realized, since I care for my son who has MS and is wheelchair bound, I needed more than just a simple trust.
